Technic mechanisms
Mechanisms authored directly as LDraw (geometry conventions read from the part library: technic-brick holes at local y=10 with axis along Z, axles along X, gear axes along Z), then verified with headless LeoCAD renders — the same renderer the copilot uses as its eyes. Toggle any card to orbit the model live.
Gear train — 8t → 24t → 40t
Three gears on a 1×8 technic brick. Mesh spacing follows pitch radii: 8t+24t = 2 holes (40 LDU), 24t+40t = 4 holes (80 LDU). Axles seated with bushes behind the brick.

Worm drive — 4716 → 24t
Worm gear on a horizontal axle driving a 24-tooth gear on a perpendicular axle at 40 LDU center distance. The classic high-reduction, non-backdrivable stage.

Two-wall gearbox — 8t ↔ 24t
Parallel 1×8 technic bricks as gearbox walls, 8t meshing 24t on axles spanning both walls, bushes retaining the front. The 24t intentionally clears the 1-brick-tall wall — real Technic behavior.
